GNB Salon Supplies is a 100% Australian owned, family operated business.
We offer and supply a large range of products to the Nail and Beauty Industry, including Acrylic Nail Systems, Nail Art, Waxing Systems, salon tools, student training equipment and many other products.
At GNB, we strive to give excellent service.
Karen has over 20 years experience in the Nail industry, and will happily share her secrets and knowledge as she manages the day to day operations of the business.
Lisa is from the UK and is a fully qualified Beauty Therapist. She will help you with product support and is happy to share her specialist knowledge.
Belinda looks after our online customers. Her business administration and logistics skills will ensure that orders and shipments are processed efficiently as possible.
Simon is commited to managing the technical aspects of GNB Salon Supplies. His IT skills and talents are used to manage the 'back-end' of the operation and will drive GNB forward as technology advances and evolves with the customers needs.
All staff are more that willing to help with technical issues. If they don't have an answer they will find someone who does. Please feel free to give us a call.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. Payment
1.1 Payment in full is required before dispatch or collection of your order. This can be made via Visa, MasterCard, bank cheque or direct deposit.
2. Products and Prices
2.1 Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice.
2.2 You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch.
2.3 You agree that goods which are in pack multiples will be supplied to you only in pack multiples.
2.4 All prices are invoiced per item excluding GST. GST total is shown per invoice.
2.5 You agree that the minimum order to be placed and paid by credit card which we shall accept will be $10.00.
3. Delivery and Handling
3.1 Dispatch of goods is normally by contract carrier or by parcel post, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means. You have the option of arranging for collection of the goods.
3.2 You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise stated. GNB Salon Supplies expressly reserves the right to amend your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that GNB Salon Supplies may debit your account accordingly.
3.3 You or your agent must be at your delivery address to take delivery of goods.
3.4 We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address.
3.5 Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive a separate invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and processed.
4. Returns
4.1 We will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods unless you advise us within 48 hours of taking delivery of goods.
4.2 Notwithstanding our statutory obligations, we generally will not accept refunds for goods.
4.3 In the event that we do accept returned goods, they must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice
