With the increase in fraud over the internet, GNB have implemented a number of systems to protect both ourselves and our clients.
Registration
Customers must sign in and register with GNB to purchase products from our online store. During the registration process, you will be required to provide specific information about yourself, as well as some infomation about your business (such as business name and ABN, where applicable). From time to time, we ma y need to used this information to contact you, to help us verify the legitimacy of the online registration or to confirm shipping/payment details.
Deliveries
All deliveries must be signed for. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.. Proof of identification may be requested by the courier, upon delivery.
Prior to despatch, larger orders may be verified with the client, over the phone.
