A patented adhesive - exclusive to the Lash Beauty range is used to bond synthetic polyester J-Curl individual eyelashes to the natural eyelash. This adhesive is medical grade. Unlike other adhesives in the market, the Lash Beauty Pro-Glue does NOT contain Formaldehyde. It is odourless, fumeless and won’t leave your client's eyes red, sore and watery. If you store it properly, it won’t dry up in the bottle or go gluggy.
Importantly these eyelash extensions are smudge proof and water proof.
Eyelash extensions are becoming an increasingly sought after beauty services in Sydney and throughout Australia. As models and actors become frustrated with traditional 'false eyelashes' which are generally made of clumps of lashes applied in a single strip which lasts only a few days, they are turning to a process which carefully applies individual extensions to the natural eyelashes.
The lashes themselves are shaped in a gradual 'J' curve, repliciating the shape of natural long lashes, and are available in different thicknesses and lengths. Depending on how many eyelashes you apply (generally between 30 - 60) the procedure takes between 1 to 2 hours to complete.
Correctly applied, eyelash extensions last weeks, until the natural eyelash completes its growth cycle and falls out. Just as with acrylic fingernails, eyelash extensions need on-going maintenance and need to be touched-up avery few weeks. This process takes 15-45 minutes, depending on how many need to be renewed.
