All local overnight courier shipping is $12.
Interstate delivery $15, country areas $20 Except bulky items like beds, tables, trolleys,cases etc and rural areas.
1. Payment
1.1 Payment in full is required before dispatch or collection of your order.
2. Products and Prices
2.1 Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice.
2.2 You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch. Out of stock items will be placed on back order.
2.3 You agree that goods which are in pack multiples will be supplied to you only in pack multiples.
2.4 All prices are invoiced per item excluding GST. GST total is shown per invoice.
2.5 You agree that the minimum order to be placed and paid by credit card which we shall accept will be $10.00.
3. Delivery and Handling
3.1 Dispatch of goods is normally by contract carrier or by parcel post, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means. You have the option of arranging for collection of the goods.
3.2 You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs. GNB Salon Supplies expressly reserves the right to amend your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that GNB Salon Supplies may debit your account accordingly.
3.3 You agree that freight charges automatically applied to your order may be varied depending on your delivery address, weight and size. Delivery from Sydney to remote or international locations may incur additional charges as will bulky items to all locations. We ship orders that contain dangerous goods by sea to international locations - which takes 3 months. Minimum international freight cost is $45. If you would like a freight quote prior to GNB processing your order - please email us. If not we are happy to apply the freight costs to your order for you.
3.4 Large items such as furniture or bulk orders will incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as may be appropriate. If you would like a freight quote please email us prior to ordering.
3.5 You or your agent must be at your delivery address to take delivery of goods.
3.6 Goods shipped via courier must be checked for damage - prior to accepting delivery - do not accept if items are damaged. We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left at your unattended delivery address - or if you have not checked them prior to signing for the parcel.
3.7 Responsibility and ownership of the goods passes to the purchaser once they are delivered to the carrier, regardless of the method of shipping. Claims for loss or damage of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the appropriate carrier.
3.8 Additions to orders may be treated as separate orders. You may receive a separate invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and processed.
3.9 PO Boxes and overseas order is sent via the post or ship and is the customers responsibility - we will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damage via any postal service.
3.10 As per safety regulations, dangerous chemicals may not be sent through by Australia Post.
3.11 Items not in stock at time of order, will be placed on backorder, and delivered once received in our warehouse or with your next order.
4. Returns
4.1 We will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods or damage to goods unless you advise us within 12 hours of taking delivery of goods. Please open and inspect items for damage. If damaged DO NOT sign for goods tell the courier to return them to us.
4.2 We will not accept returns of goods for change of mind etc.
4.3. Damaged goods must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice relating to them.
4.4 Incorrect goods will not be accepted unless they are in the same condition as when supplied.
4.5 Should you return goods we will charge a restocking fee of 20% on all returns of goods supplied as ordered.
4.6 We will not be liable for claims under warranty unless you provide our invoice as proof of date of purchase. You are responsibily for freight to and from the manufacture for warranty repair or replacement. Open and inspect boxes/satchels from couriers prior to signing - otherwise you are not covered.
